• Sources. Every article is based on one public source — a social media post, a paper, or a news item — and links to it. Social posts are embedded where possible.
• AI assistance. Articles are drafted with AI. A separate automated check compares each article with its source and blocks publication if it finds unsupported facts, inaccurate quotes, overstated headlines or medical advice.
• Attribution. Opinions are attributed to the people who hold them. Quotes are verbatim.
• No medical advice. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
• Independence. Sponsored content, if any, is always labelled as sponsored.
• Corrections and removal. We correct errors quickly and remove articles on request from the people featured. See Corrections & opt-out.
